How old do I need to be to reserve a home?

In order to reserve a stay in Villa K everyone who is traveling must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Can I bring more people than the maximum allowed listed?

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Children under the age of 2 do not count toward the maximum occupancy.

What is the minimum stay at Villa K?

During the high season (June 1 – September 30) a 7-night stay is required. Reservations are accepted for weeks starting and ending on Saturdays.

A 5-night minimum stay is required in the low season (October 1 – May 31). In the low season the check-in and check-out can be any day of the week, so you can choose what fits you best!

What is the check-in/check-out time?

Standard check-in time is after 4PM while check-out time is until 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee it. Please send us an email at least 24 hours before arrival to check the availability of early check in.

What about late check-in?

It might occur that, for any reason, you will arrive for your check-in in the late evening or even in the middle of the night. Of course, we will be of service to bring you to the house. Please arrange with us once you know you will have a late check-in.

Can I rent long term?

Yes, our luxury villa is available for long term rental. Please contact us on info@villa-k.net to check our best rates for the required period.

What is the deposit and Villa K’s cancellation policy?

30% deposit is required within 4 days from time of booking to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit and rental agreement form are received. A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. Your final balance due must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer. If the payment in cash is selected the rest of 70% is due for payment immediately upon guest`s arrival. Villa K does not accept electronic payments with credit cards or Pay Pal.

In case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show, the payments received will not be returned.

Property damage security: 500,00 € refundable damage deposit.

The deposit serves as a security for damages caused in the Villa K. If no damage is caused to the villa, the amount will be returned at the check-out.

What is a security deposit for and when is it refunded?

A 500 €, fully refundable deposit against damages is required on the day of arrival and can be paid in cash. A security deposit is an amount beyond the total rental fees and is viewed as insurance in case damages are incurred during a guest’s stay.

What are the amenities provided?

What services and extra amenities do you provide?

We can offer you a range of optional extras to help your holiday get off to a flying start! What is the pet policy?

Is smoking allowed at the villa?

Villa K prohibits smoking in any indoor areas. However, there are many outdoor areas at the villa where guests are allowed to smoke.

How often is the villa cleaned?

Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to arrival, with clean linen and towels for each person. Our price includes linen, towels and post departure cleaning – all you have to do is relax and enjoy! If you are staying for more than a week the house will be cleaned again after 7 days.

Do you allow weddings in the Villa?

Villa K does allow weddings with the owner’s approval. There may be additional fees, parking restrictions and guest count maximums. Please contact us for more details.
